Marquise Chapple, 18, was shot and wounded by Sacramento sheriff's deputies while fleeing holding a loaded gun on March 5, and was initially charged with possession of a concealed firearm, possession of a firearm that is registered to someone else, a loaded firearm, and attempted assault on an officer with a deadly weapon.
