Luanda — With the increase of local transmission cases of covid-19 from 16 to 18 in the latest 24 hours, the Multisectoral Commission is working to put under sanitary fence the district of Hoyi-Ya-Henda in the municipality of Cazenga, assured last Sunday the Minister of Health, Sílvia Lutucuta.
Therefore, with no specification concerning the starting date of the health fence in this zone of the capital city of the country, the official stated that still last Sunday were identified more than 75 direct contacts of the case 31, who is a citizen from Guinea Conakry who already infected five people in Hoji-Ya-Henda.
The Cabinet minister who was speaking at the press conference for update of the pandemic in the country, made know that most of the infected people are foreigners who had contact with the case 31 in the neighborhood which has great presence of different African communities.
The spokesperson of the Interministerial Commission for Response of the Covid-19, said that there have been already public health measures as it is under institutional quarantine the citizens who had direct contact with the mentioned case 31.
