[ANGOP] Luanda -- The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESCTI), in partnership with the French government, is currently working to create agrarian and veterinary courses in Moxico, Lunda Norte, Lunda Sul and Cuando Cubango provinces.
