By: Christina Santi The 2021 NFL Draft kicks off Thursday evening in Cleveland, Ohio. COVID-19 has changed the traditional pre-NFL Draft process, including the elimination of the NFL Scouting Combine. The global pandemic put the fall season of HBCU football on pause.
