Arlene Isaacs-Lowe is Senior Vice President, Commercial Group for Moody’s Investors Service. In this role, Isaacs-Lowe leads the Commercial Group’s team responsible for business development and account management efforts for Moody’s US Financial Institutions Group (FIG). The team works in close cooperation with the US FIG analytical teams to formulate marketing and outreach strategy and product development initiatives that drive demand and retention of ratings on US financial institutions. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Isaacs-Lowe was responsible for the business development and account management efforts for Moody’s US bank loan ratings franchise comprising over $1 trillion in rated bank loans.
