La Cour constitutionnelle du Pérou a ordonné mardi la libération immédiate d'Alberto Fujimori, condamné pour crimes contre l'humanité. L'ancien président (1990-2000) avait été reconnu coupable du massacre de 25 personnes en 1991 et 1992 alors que son gouvernement luttait contre la guérilla du Sentier lumineux.
