Business people not targets of Manchester killings, police say

MANDEVILLE, Manchester - Police here have sought to reassure members of the business community who are fearful following the murders of at least four business people in recent months. The most recent murder is that of 39-year-old businessman Recardo Williams last Friday at his Mandeville home.
