Our dear mother, Dahlia E. Brown, who was born on April 2, 1947, in Cayon, St. Kitts, sadly passed away on March 21 at the age of 75 in Fairburn, Ga. She was a wonderful sister, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother and friend. Her smile and laughter lit up the room wherever she went.
