A dealer who was involved in selling the narcotics that led to the death of 'The Wire' actor Michael K. Williams, pleaded guilty in a Manhattan courtroom on Wednesday. Irvin Cartagena, also known as "Green Eyes," apologized for his actions after entering the plea.
