Businessman Andrew Yang conceded in the NYC primary race Tuesday night after early numbers showed no clear path to victory. “I am not going to be the next mayor of New York City, based upon the numbers that have come in tonight,” Yang told supporters. Yang, who was once leading in the polls, was in fourth place with less than 12%, according to the New York Times.
