Quick-service food g iant Restaurants of Jamaica (ROJ), the operators of KFC and Pizza Hut, has continued its streak of major investments in Jamaica's food industry, despite economic uncertainty brought on by COVID-19. Less than a month after completing a $130-million investment in Pizza Hut's Harbour View location, the group notes that 2021 will bring even bigger developments.
