Jamaicans are being urged to get vaccinated for the influenza virus as a combination of the flu, dengue, and COVID-19 could be dire for those who are most vulnerable and strain the public health system.Health and Wellness Minister Dr Christopher Tufton made the call Thursday evening at the ministry's weekly virtual 'COVID Conversations' forum.
