Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has described as “hilarious...like it’s Comedy Central”, the recent travel advisory issued by the United States telling its citizens to avoid non-essential travel to Caribbean Community (CARICOM) countries, including St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
