Dallas' iconic High School Battle of the Bands is back, sponsored by the Confidence Group and Dallas ISD, and will feature 14 participating schools and a special guest performance by Prairie View A&M University's Marching Storm, with three high school students awarded $1,000 scholarships and other prizes.
