Le tribunal administratif de Lyon est revenu sur la suspension de trois agents hospitaliers de la Loire non vaccinés. Saisie en référé, la juridiction a fait part d’un «doute sérieux» sur la légalité de leur sanction, a-t-on appris auprès de leur avocat, lundi 25octobre. Dans ses jugements rendus vendredi, dont l’Agence France-Presse (AFP)
