In this role, Spriggs is responsible for all aspects of human resources strategy and execution for the company’s global workforce, including compensation and benefits; talent acquisition, assessment, and development; organizational design and effectiveness; and diversity and inclusion. His main focus is to ensure that TIAACREF’s talent and business strategies are fully aligned with the needs of the company’s clients. Spriggs joined TIAA-CREF in 2012 as a member of the Executive Management Team.
Prior to TIAA-CREF, Spriigs was Senior Vice President for Boston Scientific. Spriggs serves on the boards of the College of Business Administration board for Savannah State University, the HR Advisory Board for University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business, and is the former Chairman of the Board for the Philadelphia Urban League.
