Paula H. Cholmondeley is Chief Executive Officer of The Sorrel Group, a management consulting company. Previously, Cholmondeley was Vice President and General Manager of Specialty Products for Sappi Fine Paper, the world’s leading producer of coated free sheet papers. Cholmondeley is a Certified Public Accountant. Cholmondeley is a faculty member of the National Association of Corporate Directors In-Board Room and Board Advisory Services where she teaches and conducts board evaluations.

During her corporate career, Cholmondeley had responsibility for global divisions with revenues up to $750 million and served as Chief Financial Officer of companies with revenues up to $2 billion. Cholmondeley has served as the Head of strategy for two large corporations and brought new technologies to market.
