The school principal of LeBron James' I Promise School was on administrative leave and now has resigned after an altercation with a student. An investigation against Brandi Davis was initiated back in late September after accusations surfaced that she slapped an 11-year-old student in the face for using profanity to describe the disorder of the school's bathroom, Beacon Journal reported . The young boy was wearing a mask when Davis struck him in the face. The child's mother issued a statement, arguing that her son "had a busted lip and was bleeding." In September, the child's mother received a text from the public school official, telling her that Davis confessed to slapping the student when he swore as she addressed him and a group of his classmates for leaving the boy's bathroom in a mess.
