By: Alyssa Wilson People in New York City must show proof of vaccination in order to participate in indoor activities, including indoor dining and fitness centers.  According to The New York Times, Mayor Bill de Blasio made the announcement Tuesday morning in an effort to increase COVID-19 vaccinations as the Delta variant causes a surge in cases around the country.
