Reginald H. Gilyard

Reginald H. Gilyard is a Senior Advisor with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and a recognized leader in strategy development and execution. Gilyard has worked with management teams and boards to develop and implement successful strategies for Fortune 500 companies, higher education institutions, K-12 and state level education agencies, and large national foundations.

Gilyard served as Dean of the Argyros School of Business and Economics at Chapman University, from August 2012 to July 2017. As Dean, Gilyard developed and implemented the strategy which guided the school to its first “top-fifty” national ranking for the undergraduate business program, climbing 53 positions in the Bloomberg BusinessWeek rankings.

Prior to Chapman, Gilyard was a Partner and Managing Director with BCG.
