Reveling in its opportune spot adjacent to Richmond’s July 3 fireworks show, Riggers Loft is amping up its own celebration that night by offering food, wine, music and more. The waterfront winery and cidery is pulling out all the stops for the City’s pre-Independence Day celebration that Monday by hosting “Fireworks at the Point/Andre Thierry,” from 6-10 p.m.
