Sandra Altiné

Sandra Altiné is the Managing Director of Global Diversity and Inclusion for Moody’s.

In this role, Altiné has responsibility for advancing Moody’s commitment to global diversity and inclusion. In partnership with the Moody’s Global Diversity Council, she sets the diversity and inclusion strategy for the firm. Altiné partners with business leaders on implementing strategic initiatives related to attracting, retaining, and promoting a diverse workforce.

Under Altiné’s leadership, Moody’s was recognized for the fourth consecutive year, as one of the Human Rights Campaign’s Best Companies for LGBT Equality. In addition, Moody’s partnerships with Morehouse College and Howard University have yielded summer internships and full-time opportunities for students of color.

Prior to joining Moody’s, she was the Chief Operating Officer and a senior consultant at The Future Work Institute, a global diversity & inclusion consulting firm.

Altiné is a board member of Coro NY and sits on the advisory board of The Families and Work Institute. In 2015, Sandra was inducted in the 1804 Haitian-American Roundtable.
