Clinton College in South Carolina is offering their students free tuition and free laptops for the 2021-2022 school year.   On August 5, the university's President Dr. Lester McCorn announced free tuition for all qualifying students. The HBCU was already planning on cutting tuition by 50%, along with offering a new tablet. According to NBC News, each full-time student will receive a free Microsoft Surface laptop.   ANNOUNCEMENT FROM CLINTON COLLEGE PRESIDENT DR.
