All public schools in the St. Thomas-St. John District will operate on their regular schedules on Thursday, while some St. Croix schools will be in-person and others will be virtual due to the inclement weather this week, the Education Department announced Wednesday night. The department cautioned, however, that the public should be aware that weather conditions can potentially change.
