The Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has revealed that 115 out of 151 state tertiary institutions expected to submit data of their students to the agency have failed to do so. This represents 76.2 percent of the total number of state tertiary institutions. Specifically, the agency said only 36 state tertiary institutions (representing 23.8 percent) have been onboarded on the platform.
