[Dabanga] Ed Damer / Shendi / El Matamma -- The Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) is reportedly attempting to recruit civilians, who are in a vulnerable position since losing their livelihoods because of war, to counter a future Rapid Support Forces (RSF) attack on River Nile state.
