CAIRO, (Reuters) - The Kurdish-led and U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces, which controls much of Syria’s oil-rich northeast, signed a deal with the Damascus government yesterday to join Syria’s new state institutions, the Syrian presidency said yesterday.
