Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said Tuesday that he would sign a bill that would allow Texans to carry a handgun without a permit, according to the Texas Tribune. 'I support it, and I believe it should reach my desk, and we should have 'constitutional carry' in Texas,' Abbott told WBAP radio host Rick Roberts. The measure passed the Texas House, and Senate is debating a similar bill.
