Tonit M. Calaway is Vice President, Human Resources and President, The Harley-Davidson Foundation for Harley-Davidson, Inc, the parent company of Harley-Davidson Motor Company and Harley-Davidson Financial Services. In this role, Calaway leads the company’s human resources function globally, which includes oversight of several areas including: Leadership Development, Benefits and Compensation, Labor Relations, Global Diversity and Inclusion, Facilities and Corporate Security. Calaway is also President of the Harley-Davidson Foundation, which supports the communities where the company has facilities; improves the lives of stakeholders and encourages social responsibility. Calaway is a member of Harley-Davidson’s executive team. Harley-Davidson Motor Company produces custom, cruiser and touring motorcycles.

Calaway currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Meta House, Inc., and is an advisor to the Greater Milwaukee Committee and the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee.
