[Tunis Afrique Presse] Tunis/Tunisia -- Prime Minister Hichem Mechichi stated on Wednesday that the programs developed in the digital field should involve a complete revision of the functioning of the administration and the civil service, with a view to simplifying their procedures "so that the digitalisation of the administration does not end up in a mere process of digitalisation of the bureaucracy."
