[Tunis Afrique Presse] Tunis/Tunisia -- The Tunisian Post (PT) will issue on September 26, a series of four stamps of birds of the raptor family (diurnal and nocturnal): Circaète Jean-le-Blanc, Egyptian vulture, Grand - Duke Ascalaph and Barn Owl.
