[Nile Post] The chairperson of Christian Ecumenical Council of Uganda (CECU) who also doubles as the presiding Bishop of the Evangelical Orthodox Church in Uganda Jacinto Kibuuka has condemned vices like corruption and homosexuality which he says have eaten up the country.
