By CARA ANNA Associated Press JOHANNESBURG (AP) — United Nations peacekeepers on Wednesday returned to provide protection for a Nobel Peace Prize-winning Congolese doctor who has faced death threats, after alarmed supporters urged the U.N. to reinstate the security following months without it.
