A St Joseph man is dead after reportedly being beaten to death after knocking down an elderly woman at Jackson, St Michael, on Monday morning.Pedro Caddle, 43, of Bissex Housing Area, was pronounced dead at the scene after being chased and beaten by several men following the collision at Jackson Tenantry Road around 9:10 am.The Barbados Police Service said it had received a report of an accident in which a woman was injured and the driver, Caddle, attempted to flee. A group of men chased him and beat him when they got hold of him.
