[This Day] In a bid to strengthen the surgical systems in Sub-Saharan, Smile Train, world's largest cleft charity, in partnership with the College of Surgeons of East, Central and Southern Africa (COSECSA) has invested a total of $1.2 million in the education and training of 112 additional cleft and reconstructive surgeons across Africa.
