Dondo — Four people escaped unharmed when their small vessel sunk on Lucala river, Massangano commune, Cambambe municipality, in northern Cuanza Norte province on Tuesday, traditional authorities have said.
António Paulo, local chieftain, who revealed the fact to Angop, said that the capsize may have been caused by overcrowding on-board the vessel.

He explained that the boat, with the capacity to carry cargo corresponding to 20 bags of 150 kg, made the Capungo / Calengue connection, on a route of approximately seven kilometers, carrying more than 30 packages and four people.
