The 15-member Caribbean Community (CARICOM) is Saturday celebrating CARICOM Day 2020 with the grouping’s Secretary-General Irwin LaRocque indicating it is taking place in an environment dominated by the continuing health and economic effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
