Charlamagne Tha God has demanded that a judge throw out a lawsuit against him related to a 2001 case where he was accused of sexually assaulting a minor. In obtained court documents, a lawyer for the media personality stated that the suit should be dismissed as a previous attempt to re-open the case was turned down by the Soliticor General of South Carolina in 2018.
