A man who escaped City Police custody in March this year, has been rearrested and charged with escaping lawful custody and possession of a dangerous weapon. City Police Corporal, Jenna Pierre, identified the individual as 45 year old Aaron Francis of La Pansee, Castries. Pierre told St Lucia Times that on March 29, 2021, Francis was taken before the Magistrate’s court for bail after he was charged with stealing shampoo, honey and other items from a herbal shop in Castries.
