INTELLIGENT bowling from Curt Smart resulted in him grabbing four wickets to guide X Men to a 71-run win over Max Out in the Norman's Windball Cricket League 2022 at the Eddie Hart Savannah in Tacarigua, on July 10.
The league recently resumed after a two-year hiatus because of the covid19 pandemic.
Smart grabbed four wickets for two runs to help dismiss Max Out for just 22 in 10.1 overs in pursuit of 94 for victory.
Batting first, X Men scored 93/7 in their 12 overs led by 18 from Rikki Benjamin. Perry Jaggan was the best bowler for Max Out snatching 2/20.
In the premier division, More Fire defeated Level Up by 36 runs and XIL got past SSC by 16 runs.
