Nigeria has started the production of petrol for the first time in 28 years - marking a major milestone for a country beset with fuel shortages.
The new $20 billion refinery on the outskirts of Lagos, built by Nigerian billionaire Aliko Dangote, has a capacity of 650,000 barrels per day.
