I appreciate, applaud, and admire this renewed interest in HBCUs, but as a leader in both the diversity and marketing spaces, their recent spotlight has encouraged me to think more deeply about what HBCUs – as brands – are bringing to market. What do they offer to the business world? And what can they do to grow and win in the highly-competitive education sector?
