[Addis Standard] Addis Abeba -- Responding to questions raised by members of the House of People's Representatives during the house's 14th regular session, PM Abiy Ahmed said armed groups operating in Oromia and Amhara regions should lay down weapons and engage in peaceful talks to resolve ongoing conflicts.
