[ENA] Addis Ababa -- The necessary preparations are underway to enable the two turbines of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) generate electricity in the first months of the coming Ethiopian New year, according to Minister of Water, Irrigation and Energy, Dr. Sileshi Bekele.
