Fans Rush To Send Love To Megan Thee Stallion After She Opens Up About Being Shot In Tearful Video - Blavity

Beloved rap superstar Megan Thee Stallion broke down when describing being shot during an Instagram Live session on Monday. "I was shot in both of my feet and I had to get surgery to get the bullets taken out. It was super scary and the worst experience of my life. It's not funny. There is nothing to joke about. It was nothing for y'all to start going and making fake stories about. I didn't put my hands on nobody. I didn't deserve to get shot," she said. Megan Thee Stallion, whose real name is Megan Pete, spoke about being shot in both her feet while in the car with rapper Tory Lanez and a friend on July 12. She did not mention Lanez by name but police sources have told TMZ and Page Six that Lanez was angry because Pete and her friend wanted to leave his car. “Tory fired the shots from within the vehicle while Megan was outside trying to leave. There is video and the police are investigating. This is a case of a man physically harming and abusing a woman,” sources said to TMZ.
