In view of the decline of Guyana’s standing on the Transparency International (TI) 2024 Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI), former auditor general Anand Goolsarran has made a number of recommendations to government to improve it; among them are an overhaul of the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB).
