Hardin: Finding and Sharing Your Gift

I truly believe each one of us was born with a purpose or a gift that is intended to make this world a little better during the brief time we’re here.

In my previous professional role working in Corporate Healthcare, I traveled the Country working with Doctors, Nurses, Hospital Administrators and countless other frontline employees who relied on me to help them be effective in their jobs.

I see poor examples of sympathy every day in my professional and personal lives.

The sympathetic Nurse went out into the hallway where she saw a young man sitting on a bench wringing his hands and nervously tapping his foot.

The Nurse put her hand on his shoulder and offered her deepest sympathies to the son for the loss of his father.
