Family-owned Fiesta Martin Bar and Grill is doing its part to help the Inglewood community during the COVID-19 pandemic by partnering with Republic Services to feed employees.
Preparing, packing up, and delivering meals for more than 1,700 people, which included trays of fajitas, enchiladas, rice and beans, required days of prep from a team of 15 people, said Esaul Martin, whose family opened the restaurant in 2009.
Martin’s parents opened the restaurant more than a decade ago and over the years, their five children — and spouses — have helped Fiesta Martin Bar and Grill grow and expand.
Today the family’s restaurants include Fiesta Martin Mexican Grill, Fiesta Martin Taco, Fiesta Martin Bar and Grill, and Antojitos Martin juice bar.
“Our family really believed in Inglewood when everybody else did not,” Martin said.
