An inmate whose body was found in a pool of blood at the Bordelais Correctional Facility (BCF) Thursday morning has been identified as an individual who had been declared 'mentally unfit' for trial for murder. Investigators say Kevin Wilson, alias 'Carlos' or 'Goats' died at the maximum Delta Unit of the BCF. The investigators disclosed that he was apparently stabbed with a 'piece of fencing', but explained that other inmates are tight lipped, asserting that they 'saw nothing'.
