[Capital FM] Nairobi -- President Uhuru Kenyatta has said that the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) constitutional amendment bill would have resolved the issue of the Salary and Remuneration Commission (SRC) overstepping its mandate in respect to workers' grievances if passed.
